Cancellation Policy

• The $500 or $800 USD (for couples) deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances
   

• Cancellations made between July 1, 2025, and August 31, 2025 will result in a loss of any installments received at that time.
   

• Cancellations made on or after September 1, 2025, will result in a total loss of all funds paid. 
   

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email before June 30th for 1st installment and before September 1st for 2nd installment in order to receive a refund.
   

We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if the minimum number of participants is not met. In this case, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full.

 

Additionally, we reserve the right to decline or cancel a participant’s registration at our discretion if, after meeting with them, we determine they are not a good fit for the retreat. In this case, the participant will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Any medical expenses, unexpected illnesses, injuries, or other travel-related cancellation costs are the sole responsibility of the participant.
